Hummus
2 C. cooked garbanzo beans
½ C. sesame tahini
4 – 6 T. fresh lemon juice
1 1/8 tsp. salt
1 ¼ tsp. onion powder
4 cloves garlic (optional)
Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender, until creamy.
