Spicy Papitas
2-3 cups raw pepitas (soaked 2 hours)
1/8 cup cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
1 roma tomato
1 red bell pepper
1 clove garlic
1 Tbs chili powder
1 Tbs agave nectar
1 Tbs dulse flakes
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Rinse and drain pepitas and place in a mixing bowl. Blend all ingredients (except pepitas) in blender, and pour over soaked pepitas. Mix until evenly coated. Spread out on dehydrator sheets and dehydrate at 105 F until dry.
