Fruit Pizza Crust with Fruit Pizza Cheese
Fruit Pizza Crust
2 ½ C. buckwheat soak 6 hours, sprout 24 hours
1/3 C. olive oil
1/3 C. maple syrup
1 ½ C. raisins
Process in food processor until well mixed. Form into crusts and dehydrate 18 hours. Spread on thick layer of Fruit Pizza “Cheese”. Layer with fruit (bananas, fresh pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, fresh blueberries, etc.). Sprinkle with fresh shredded coconut
Fruit Pizza “Cheese”
2 C. cashews
6 Tbsp. lemon juice (or more)
1/3 C. honey
Blend until very smooth and creamy and spread on Fruit Pizza Crust.
