Gado-Gado

½ C water
1 C almond butter
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp. organic tamari
1 Tbsp. honey
2-4 Tbsp. coarsely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. grated ginger
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
½ – 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 medjool dates, optional

Blend until smooth. Delicious with almost any vegetable, especially sprouts!
