Mushroom Burgers
1 ½ C almonds
1 ½ C walnuts
1 ½ C sunflower seeds
2 ½ C chopped portobello mushrooms, briefly marinated in 3 Tbsp. tamari.
1 yellow onion, diced
3 C chopped celery
½ bunch parsley chopped, stems removed
10 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 C olive oil
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 C organic tamari
½ – 1 Tbsp. dried tarragon
½ Tsp. cayenne pepper
Grind nuts & sun seeds in food processor, fitted with the S blade. Place in bowl with other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape into patties and dehydrate approximately 18 hours or until desired texture. Enjoy!!
