Pecan Pie
Crust
5 bananas
1 mango
Slice bananas and layer in pie plate (sides & bottom). Slice mango in thin layer on mango and press down. Place another layer of sliced bananas on mango and press down.
Filling
1 C. pecans soaked 6 hours
12 medjool dates
¾ C. water
pinch of sea salt
Blend until creamy. Spoon over crust.
Topping
½ C. pecan halves
2-3 Tbsp. honey
Stir pecans in honey, coating well. Starting in the center of pie, make a circle with the pecan halves. Form another ring around the first. Repeat for a third ring. Very Delicious!!
