Sun Garden Burgers
3 Tbsp. flax seeds, ground
6 Tbsp. water
1 C. carrot pulp
1 C. sunflower seeds, ground
½ C. finely minced celery
6 Tbsp. finely minced onion
2 Tbsp. finely minced parsley
2 Tbsp. finely minced red pepper
2 tsp. tamari
Grind flax seeds in coffee grinder until fine. Combine ground flax seeds with the water; mix thoroughly and set aside. In a medium sized bowl, thoroughly mix together the rest of the ingredients. Add the flax seed mixture and mix well. Form into patties and dehydrate at 105F for 6-7 hours.
